Chris Klein is responsible for ServiceNow’s Federal Security Operations and Governance, Risk & Compliance business unit. In this role, Mr. Klein’s team assists ServiceNow clients by defining and deploying Security process improvement and automation that minimizes and mitigates risk and enables rapid response to critical incidents and vulnerabilities. His clients include 80% of Federal Civilian CFO ACT Agencies, CIOs and CISO of major systems integrators, the chairman of a large cyber innovation organization, and mission critical defense organizations. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Mr. Klein served as an IBM Business Unit Executive, responsible for all software branding, positioning, sales, and business development supporting the FSI community. He has held Global Account Executive and Field Leadership positions at IBM, Field Sales & Leadership positions with SalesForce.com and BMC Software, as well as Assistant Controller position at QLogic. He holds a MBA from Central Michigan University and a BBA from Western Michigan University. The majority of his studies involved the application of information technology to business, with particular emphasis on large scale multi-tiered financial and manufacturing application architecture. Mr. Klein resides in Reston VA, with his wife, Sharon and children, Caroline (12), William (10) and Alexander (10).
